Monday Made It 10!! It's Start Time!!

Hi everyone!!!  Life has been NUTS!!!  NUTS I tell ya!!!  Trying to get my classroom ready, my head ready (not there yet...lol), my lesson plans ready (not done either), furniture delivered, deliver old furniture to Tay's house at college, housework (ummmmmm.....no time!)........NUTS I tell you!

I haven't had time to read blogs:(  Or talk to my blog buds :(  Or answer email questions...please be patient...and if you don't hear back from me, please shoot me another.....I'm feeling like a hamster on a never ending wheel......not sure if that is an improvement from a paint ball or not.....................................................

Anywhosey (yep....a new word...), thank you all bunches and bunches for the sweetness about my classroom reveal.  I got some questions about that too and I'm hoping to post part 2, some close ups, and some answers to those:)

I can't believe this is Monday Made It number 10.  I have to say I am sooooooooooo glad I got done what I did over the summer or I would be losing my mind right now!!!  Remember all the way back to Monday Made It #1......I needed to do this to focus me and keep me on track....well, it is still doing that:)

Classroom Made It #1:
I made these labels to attach to my team tubs.  I'll take a pic after they are together and post it later:)  I made them to match my wonderbar book bin labels from Ladybug's Teacher Files.

Classroom Made It #2:
These will spell "Who's in 4th?" and go with these..............................(Oh duh!!  I just realized the N was upside down and looks like a U.....I can spell......sometimes...lol)
I got my inspiration for these little guys from Mrs. Lee's Kindergarten (I think it's her sisters room)

These little fatties make me smile!  This is nervous energy at it's best:)  I made these with Tay the night before she left for school.
Aren't they funny?  I'm gonna hang them on my door (like the inspiration)  I'll get a pic of that posted later this week with reveal part 2.

Classroom Made It #3:
I finally made my box top holder:)

Classroom Made It #4:

I made some new tags for my book luggage:)  I got some black and white polka dotted ribbon to tie them on.  I'll post pics of these too:)

Meetings today, open house tonight and then it's on gang:)  I can't wait to meet my new students:)))  I also can't wait to see what everyone links up this week:)))  I just have to find the time.....thinking I need to make some coffee at about 7:00 at night and pull a late one.....any thoughts Kim????

Grab your coffee, your notepad, and my button and link up:)))  Happy, blessed Monday all!!

  13. I can't believe how much you finished with school starting..um..now! Dang, girl! I'm equally behind on reading blogs too. Everytime I click over to Google Reader I get more overwhelmed as the number just keeps going up. Thanks again for hosting such a great party. I loved your owls this week. Everything was super-duper cute, but the owls really make my heart sing. Good luck with open house! I bet your kiddos are just as excited to meet you. :)

  14. Thank you for hosting this. Your projects are beautiful! I linked up…of course I hit the wrong image when I was trying to select my button pic…don’t even know why I have the one that came up???? So weird. I was hoping to change it (even if I have to delete it and start over). I do not see the normal little red “x” though. Ideas? (I’m #64)
Hope you are having a wonderful day!

  21. Tara,
In June, I discovered Pinterest, your blog, and in turn, all the Made-it Mondays. Because of you and those who post their projects, my "crafy" flame has been reignited. I've made the large wooden READ letters, a welcome pennant, a lollipop tree, a "What's your super power?" canvas, a pick-me pot, a birthday silly straw pot, and some computer stuff. I have still have several things on my "To Do" list. Will I ever get it all done??!! Thank you for your willingness to share. I feel revitalized and ready to go back to school next week. I hope to one day start a blog and join everyone in all the fun of sharing. Kim
