Monday Made It - July 29

It's go time people.  Wednesday is my first official day back and I am praying I can get into my classroom to get a few things done today....fingers crossed!!!
My Made Its have mostly consisted of lots of printing, laminating, and cutting out!!!
I made book luggage tags for my kiddos....yes, yes, I know.......what if my class list changes....then it changes.  If not, I'm all set:)
I finally printed my a set of my Math Headers for ME! (they're kinda all flung on the fridge  This is a new color set I added because I am a spaz and had to remake it a million times:)
Made my desk tags:)  Love how they turned out:)
Made my Just Doin' My Job signs:)
I am over the moon excited about this one!
This is my birthday jar.  I got this idea from SUGARSNAPBEAN on Instagram!  Isn't it the cutest.  I love this idea for birthdays this year.  Last year I did crazy straws.  This jar is filled with Scento markers.....clearance at Michaels:)
So instead of getting a straw this year, they will get a Scento marker:)  I think this is so fun!  Thanks bunches Sugarsnapbean for the inspiration:)
My daughter said it looks like the markers were photo bombing this pic!!!  LOL! much as I would love to be reading through all the link ups.....I am really hoping that as you all are linking, I am able to get into my classroom!!!!  Either way, can't wait to see all the fun inspiring ideas:)  Don't forget to grab my button and leave some love on the blogs you visit:)

  1. Love the Birthday marker idea! I have not seen any clearance Scentos, but I will start looking. Your desk tags are just adorable too. I am off to school this week too! Tuesday is the official day and the kiddos come back on the 5th. Good luck in the new school year!!

  2. The markers really do look like they are photo-bombing. Love the idea of the birthday jar. I haven't ever done one, but think I might need to start this. All I do for birthdays is let the kids stand on the table(breaking the rules for their birthday) and the class sings to them. They dig it!

  3. Tara,
I hope you can get in today. That little banner on the birthday jar is the cutest thing I've EVER seen. I love the idea of the scento marker. Way to keep it FRESH. I need to change up mine too. I love all of your nameplates and luggage tags. Now I can go to bed. LOL

  4. Guess it pays to stay up late! I am so excited to be fifth on my first Monday Made It Linky! This is such a great idea and I love being part of it! :) I am also in love with the birthday idea! Just added it to my "TO DO" list.

  5. LOVE the name strips! I always get a little greedy with my ink when it comes to their desk labels. Lol! May have to give it a go this year. Glad to join you for my first Made It Monday Linky!

  6. OMG! I totally love the birthday jar and markers! I am always at a loss on what to do for birthdays. Students get to work at my desk on their birthday; something they totally love! But pencils and bookmarks get old. I am definitely adding this to my classroom this year!

  7. Looks like you are all ready to go! I hope you were able to get into your classroom today. Love your birthday jar. I'm sure the markers will be a hit!

  10. I love this linky! I have been looking forward to it each week! Thank you so much! I think your name strips are super adorable - I usually get my husband to write the names because his handwriting is much neater than mine but I might have to print them out this year!

  11. I love your luggage tags - and I hope your class list does not change. I usually can not wait to start putting their names on things and then am making last minute adjustments the day before - but I feel better having the majority done! I can not wait to see pictures of your classroom with all your amazing things! Hope you were able to get in there today and set up! Thanks for hosting!!

  12. I'm hoping you are in your room right at this moment! I love your birthday jar! I might have to be making a trip to Michaels to see if any of those Scentos are left in my area (probably not...but hey, it's a trip to Michaels). Everything you printed, laminated and cut is adorable. Happy classroom decorating :)

You've made my life so much easier and my class more interesting. :) My kids are going to love Homework Club, quiet critters and the birthday jar. And all I had to do was print, laminate and cut most things from your generous freebies. BEST to you!!! xoxo, Natalie
